ESOP - Employee Stock Option Plan

In April 2010, after 42 years in the plastics industry, Gordon Wright, the founding company President of 21st Century Plastics, retired and Greg Dobie became the company President. At the same time 21st CPC was sold to the employees making it an ESOP company, 100% employee-owned.
